PENSACOLA, FL – Congressman Matt Gaetz will be hosting a day of events in Fort Walton Beach in Okaloosa County on June 17, 2017 for "Open Gaetz Day Fort Walton Beach".

The Congressman is kicking off the day at 9:00am by holding a Town Hall at the KC's Sandbar on Miracle Strip Parkway. Immediately following the town hall, the Congressman will be visiting the residents and staff at the Bob Hope Village Hawthorne House.

Congressman Gaetz will also tour the Fort Walton Beach Medical Trauma Center and Ambulatory Center. As a State Representative, Gaetz played an integral role in helping the hospital expand its care to trauma patients. Following the tour, the Congressman will attend an employee appreciation event.

Congressman Gaetz will be making a visit to the newly opened Aquatic Center at the Children's Center, followed by a military roundtable where topics will range from the defense budget to PTSD among service men and women.

The day will conclude at the Latin Salsa Festival at the Fort Walton Beach Landing, where the Congressman will meet and address constituents.
