94 year old Arlene Borges of Northwest Florida got the chance to visit Washington, D.C. for President Trump's inauguration. Borges had the chance to meet Congressman Matt Gaetz who helped with her inauguration visit. Borges walked a mile every day in support of Trump's candidacy.

U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz eyed a seat on the Armed Services Committee long before voters put him in office. Gaetz spoke of his desire to serve on the committee throughout his campaign, and after he won the general election in November, he said, “I plan to go to Washington and defend our military with a whip and chair.”
"I'm most excited about passage of legislation to create accountability at the VA (Veterans Affairs)," Gaetz said. "We're going to show our veterans we're serious about reform. I'm far more interested in the message we're sending to veterans than with the ceremonial swearing in."
