Atty. Gen. Sessions: "there should be more competition among growers"

“I am pleased that Attorney General Sessions supports more competition among growers who supply cannabis for research purposes. Two months ago, I sent a letter to AG Sessions, asking why growers’ applications were not being processed. Having more cannabis available for research purposes will make it easier for scientists to study its potential medical uses. Cannabis has shown promise as a treatment for PTSD, seizure disorders, and other ailments. Hindering research into cannabis helps no one, and hurts many Americans.”
