With his wife and young children by his side, a Whiting Field military police officer received a congressional commendation Monday for providing life-saving CPR to a toddler.
Petty Officer First Class Joseph Pellicano of Pace passed a serious car wreck on his way into work in January and stopped to help.
He found Rebekah Willis and her 17-month-old son, Kaysin, inside the car. Kaysin was unresponsive when Pellicano began giving him CPR.
